Every price we charge, on one page
No “prices on application”. Here is what we charge for every service we offer, so you can work out roughly what your clean will cost before you speak to anybody. The only thing we won’t price online is commercial work, because an honest commercial quote needs a look at the site first.

How the numbers on this page actually work.
Are these prices fixed or estimates?
Carpets, upholstery and ovens are fixed prices per item. Domestic cleaning is an hourly rate, so the total depends on how long the property takes. Deep cleans and end of tenancy are a team hourly rate with guide hours by property size. Commercial is quoted after a site visit.
Is there a call-out charge?
No. What’s on this page is what you pay, plus any extras you choose.
Do you charge a minimum?
Two hours for a regular domestic clean, three for a one-off. Below that we can’t do a whole house justice.
What if the job takes longer than the guide?
We tell you before we start, not after. If we get there and the property clearly needs more hours than the guide suggests, you decide whether to add the time or have us prioritise certain rooms.
How do I pay?
Ring us and we’ll tell you what we take — we’ll always agree payment method when we confirm the booking, so there are no surprises on the day.
Do you do discounts for regular customers?
Regular weekly and fortnightly customers are on the £18 hourly rate rather than the £22 one-off rate, which is the discount. For commercial contracts the rate comes down with the size of the contract.
