The service
Cleaned to what the clerk looks for
Inventory clerks check the same things every time: inside the oven, limescale on the shower screen, dust on top of doors and wardrobes, the seals on the fridge, the window tracks, and the corners of the carpets. Those are exactly the places a rushed clean misses.
We work through the property empty wherever possible — it’s faster, cheaper for you and far more thorough than cleaning around boxes. If the furniture is staying, tell us and we’ll plan around it.
Landlords and letting agents: we’re happy to work to your own check-out sheet. Send it over and we’ll clean against it line by line.

Questions
Questions about this service
Anything else, just ring and ask.
Will this get my deposit back?
We clean to the standard check-out reports are written against, and that’s the part you control. What we can’t affect is wear, damage or anything left behind — so clear the property first and give us a clear run at it.
Should the property be empty?
Empty is best, and usually cheaper because it’s quicker. If furniture is staying under the tenancy, that’s fine — just tell us when you book so we allow for it.
Do you clean carpets too?
Yes, and a lot of tenancies specifically require it. It’s priced separately — see the carpet prices — and we’ll do it at the same visit.
How much notice do you need?
The more the better, especially at the end of the month when everyone moves. Ring as soon as you have your check-out date.
Can you invoice the landlord or agent?
Yes. Tell us who’s paying when you book and we’ll send the invoice to them directly.
What if the agent isn’t happy with something?
Tell us within a reasonable time of the check-out and we’ll come back and look at whatever they’ve flagged. It’s in nobody’s interest to argue over a skirting board.
