The service
Why we send three, not one
A deep clean done by one person takes days and you live around it the whole time. Sending three cleaners together means the job is finished in a single visit, and it means one of us can be on the grim, time-consuming jobs — oven, grout, skirtings — while the others work through the rooms.
It also means the price is honest. You’re paying for a team hour, not three separate hourly rates stacked up.
Deep cleans suit a house that’s been let go a bit, a property after building work, a move-in before the furniture arrives, or a once-a-year reset before Christmas or after winter.

No vague promises. This is the checklist our cleaners work through, so you know what you’re paying for before we arrive.
Kitchen
- Inside the oven, hob, extractor and filters
- Inside the fridge, freezer and microwave
- Inside and on top of every cupboard
- Behind and beside the appliances where we can move them
- Tiles, grout and splashbacks scrubbed
- Floor edges, kickboards and under units
Bathrooms
- Limescale removed from screens, taps and heads
- Grout scrubbed and tiles polished
- Toilet including behind the pan and the cistern
- Extractor vents wiped out
- Cabinets emptied, wiped and put back
- Floors scrubbed to the edges
Whole house
- Skirting boards, door frames and doors washed
- Light switches, sockets and handles sanitised
- Light fittings and accessible ceiling corners
- Interior windows, sills and tracks
- Radiators front, back and behind
- Carpets vacuumed including under and behind furniture

Charged at the team hourly rate, so you pay for the hours the three of us are on site. The guide hours are typical — a property that’s been let go longer will take more, and we’ll agree that with you before we start.

How is the price worked out?
It’s a team rate of £40–£50 an hour for all three cleaners together, not per person. Where you land in that range depends on the state of the property and how much specialist work is involved.
How long will it take?
Most houses are done in a single visit — roughly three hours for a one-bed up to seven for a five-bed. We’ll give you a firm expectation when we’ve seen photos or had a look round.
Do I need to be there the whole time?
No. Let us in, go out, come back to a finished house. If you’d rather stay, that’s fine too — we’ll work round you.
Will you move furniture?
We move what two of us can shift safely — sofas, beds, freestanding appliances. We won’t move anything fitted, very heavy or fragile without you there to agree it.
Can you do an after-builders clean?
Yes, and it’s one of the jobs a three-person team is best suited to. Fine dust needs several passes and gets everywhere — tell us it’s post-build when you book so we allow the right time.
Is a deep clean a one-off?
Usually. A lot of customers have one deep clean to reset the house and then put a regular fortnightly clean in place to hold it there, which works out cheaper than deep cleaning repeatedly.
