The service
A routine you don’t have to manage
Most of our regular customers see the same cleaner every visit. That matters more than people expect — they learn which room the dog sleeps in, which surface marks, which cupboard the hoover lives in, and the clean gets better rather than staying the same.
We work to an agreed list so nothing gets quietly dropped on a busy week. If you want the priorities changed, tell us once and it sticks.
Bring your own products or we’ll bring ours — whichever you prefer. If anyone in the house has allergies or you’d rather we kept to fragrance-free, say so when you book.

Exactly what gets done
No vague promises. This is the checklist our cleaners work through, so you know what you’re paying for before we arrive.
Kitchen
- Worktops, splashbacks and tiles wiped down
- Sink and taps cleaned and polished
- Hob and extractor front degreased
- Outside of oven, fridge, microwave and cupboards
- Bins emptied and liners replaced
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
Bathrooms
- Bath, shower and screen descaled
- Toilet cleaned inside and out, including behind
- Sink, taps and mirrors polished
- Tiles and grout wiped down
- Towels straightened, bins emptied
- Floor vacuumed and mopped
Living space & bedrooms
- All accessible surfaces dusted
- Skirtings, sills and ledges wiped
- Mirrors and glass polished
- Beds made or changed if linen is left out
- Carpets vacuumed, hard floors mopped
- Light tidy so rooms are usable, not just clean

Guide prices assume an average home in reasonable order. Bigger properties, or a first clean after a long gap, may need longer — we’ll tell you before we start, not after.

Will I get the same cleaner each time?
That’s what we aim for, and it’s how most of our regulars are set up. If your usual cleaner is off, we’ll tell you who’s coming instead rather than sending a stranger unannounced.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of customers give us a key or a code. Everyone on the team is DBS-checked, and keys are logged and never labelled with your address.
Do you bring cleaning products?
We can bring everything, or use yours if you prefer particular products. Just tell us which when you book.
What’s the minimum booking?
Two hours for a regular clean, three for a one-off. Below that we can’t do a proper job of a whole house.
Can I change or skip a visit?
Yes — give us as much notice as you can and we’ll move it. Holidays, illness, a week where you just don’t need us, all fine.
Do you do ironing?
We do, charged at the hourly rate as part of your visit. Tell us roughly how big the pile usually is so we can allow the time.
