The things Wakefield customers ask us most before they book.
How much does a cleaner cost in Wakefield?
Our regular domestic clean is £18 an hour with a two-hour minimum, so a typical three-bed house works out around £54 a visit. One-off cleans are £22 an hour. Deep cleans and end of tenancy are done by a team of three at £40–£50 an hour for the team. Carpets, upholstery and ovens are fixed prices per item — the full list is on our price list.
Are your cleaners DBS-checked?
Yes, every cleaner on the team is DBS-checked, and we’re fully insured. You’re letting people into your home, often when you’re not there, so we think that’s the minimum rather than a selling point.
Do I have to be in while you clean?
No. Lots of our customers give us a key or a door code and come back to a finished house. Keys are logged and never labelled with an address.
What’s the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular clean maintains a house that’s already in decent order — surfaces, bathrooms, floors, kitchen. A deep clean resets a house: inside the oven and fridge, inside cupboards, grout, skirtings, door frames, behind appliances, window tracks. Deep cleans are done by three of us together so it’s finished in one visit.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
We bring everything. If you’d rather we used your products — allergies, pets, a surface that needs something specific — just say and we’ll use yours.
How far do you travel?
Wakefield and everywhere round it as standard. For deep cleans, end of tenancy and commercial contracts we travel across Yorkshire. Check the areas page or just ring and ask.
Can you clean at the weekend or in the evening?
Often, yes — especially for commercial work and end of tenancy where the timing is fixed by someone else. Ask when you book and we’ll tell you what we’ve got.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Tell us quickly and we’ll come back and put it right. We’d far rather sort one room out than lose a customer over it.
