Crystal Cleaners is a Wakefield cleaning business built on the customers, reviews and habits we developed under our old name. The sign changed. Nothing else did.

Our story
Most of our work has always come from people ringing back, or telling a neighbour. That shapes how we operate: we’d rather do fewer jobs properly and keep the customer than race through a diary.
The name changed to Crystal Cleaners, and we’ve deliberately left the old Trust Cleaner reviews on the site exactly as they were written. Editing a customer’s words to remove an old business name felt wrong, so we didn’t.
Today we cover everything from a two-hour weekly clean up to a full end of tenancy with three cleaners on site, plus carpets, ovens and commercial contracts across Yorkshire.
How we work
No exceptions. You’re trusting us with a key and an empty house, so every cleaner is checked and the business is fully insured.
Every service page lists what gets cleaned. If it’s on the list it gets done, and if it isn’t you can ask us to add it.
Hourly rates, room rates, oven prices, the team rate. You shouldn’t have to ring a cleaner to find out roughly what they charge.
Deep cleans and end of tenancy get the full team, charged as one team rate, so the house is finished in a day rather than a week.
