The service
Priced per site, not per guess
Commercial work is the one thing we won’t put a fixed price on from a website form. Two offices of the same square footage can be completely different jobs depending on headcount, flooring, kitchens and how many washrooms there are.
So we come and look, agree a specification in writing, and quote against it. You know what’s being done and how often, and so does the cleaner who turns up.
We can work early mornings, evenings or weekends. For communal areas in blocks we can work to a managing agent’s schedule and report back after each visit.

How do you price commercial work?
We visit, agree exactly what’s being cleaned and how often, put that in writing, and quote against it. Rates start at £16 an hour and come down as the contract size goes up.
Can you clean outside office hours?
Yes — early mornings, evenings and weekends are all normal for us. Most offices prefer we’re in and out before staff arrive.
Are your cleaners DBS-checked and insured?
Yes to both — every cleaner is DBS-checked and the business is fully insured. That matters in offices with confidential paperwork and in communal buildings with residents coming and going. Happy to send the paperwork over.
Do you supply consumables?
We can — hand towels, soap, toilet roll, bin liners — billed at cost on your invoice, or you can supply your own and we’ll just restock.
Can you cover more than one site?
Yes. If you manage several buildings we’ll set up a schedule across all of them and invoice on one account.
What if we need extra visits at short notice?
Ring us. Spillages, an unexpected inspection, a viewing that’s been sprung on you — we’ll fit it in where we can.
