Before you book
A few things worth knowing that speed everything up:
- Photos of anything particularly grim — send them after and we’ll price more accurately
- Whether the property will be empty, especially for end of tenancy
- Parking, pets and access — put it in the notes

How the booking process works at this end.
Is this a confirmed booking?
It’s a request. We ring or text you back to confirm the date, the time and the final price before anything is locked in — so nothing is booked without you agreeing to it.
How accurate is the estimate?
For carpets, upholstery and ovens it’s the actual fixed price. For hourly and team work it’s based on typical hours for that size of property. If your place needs longer we’ll tell you before we start.
What if my time slot isn’t available?
We’ll ring and offer you the nearest alternatives. The slots on this page are our usual start times, not a live diary.
Can I book more than one service at once?
Yes — put the main one through the estimator and mention the rest in the notes box. We’ll price the lot together when we call you back.
How much notice do you need?
The more the better, particularly for end of tenancy at the end of the month. That said, ring us — we can sometimes fill a gap at short notice.
